CNC Machining Factory
The standard operating procedure for CNC manufacture is to prepare the cutters and material - make the fixtures - programming - CNC machining - post processing (surface finishing) - QC - packaging, and shipment.
Traditional CNC machining factories prefer customized orders with mass volume on each part. The fixed cost of fixtures, programming, material purchasing will be shared by the production volume. And repeat production will minimize the cost of running time, material, and labors to monitor the machining process.
In this case, why Wenext stands with multi-variety and small batch service, and what are our advantages?
1.Quotation: Pur online instant quotation system is being able to offer prices in seconds once you submitted the STEP. files and choose the corresponding material. Also, we have 6 engineers for manual quotation. Manual quote is optional when you have requirements beyond our instant quote system or high volume orders that exceed $3000.
2.Material: We have regular materials in stock for a quick reaction, such as aluminum 6061 and 7075, stainless steel 304 and 316, carbon steel C45 and Q235, etc.
3.Fixtures: In-house generalized fixtures that could be applied on different types of parts.
4.Engineering support: Over 50 engineers that can handle 200 items every day and we are developing an auto-programing system for more than 1000 items a day.
5.Cutting tools: Traditional CNC machining takes 55% time on machining and 45% time on cutter setting and parts holding. Using our automatic tool setter, we can complete cutter setting and parts holding as fast as 15 minutes.
6.Self developed CAM system: The algorithm in our smart digital CAM system makes sure the job in each step to be distributed to the engineer who are available soon, so that we can manage the turnover quickly.
7.Multiple QC tools: In-house Zeiss 3DCMM,Hexagon OMM, height guage and other quality control tools allow us to deliver high quality and precise parts.

Read ArticleCNC stands for Computer Numerical Control. CNC Machining is a subtractive manufacturing process that controlled by pre-programmed computer software. And the software leads the movement of CNC machine and remove materials of the parts. Complex machinery was controlled through the whole process, including grinders, mills, lathes, and CNC routers. These machining tools are used to shape, cut, and create various prototypes of which materials can be metal, plastics, and even wood.
CNC Machining plays a vital role in modern manufacturing industry for one major reason that it produces high quality and reliable parts for small to medium batch production. To satisfy manufacturing needs and deliver ideal solutions to manufacture parts with different geometries, there are two main types of CNC Machining systems,CNC Turning, and CNC Milling.
