Please note, Wenext is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from logistic company to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.

1. Before accepting or signing your delivery, please inspect the parcel and its content for any potential damage that may have occurred during the shipment, including products, quantity, products checklist, invoices (if any) and more.
2. Every order that we send from our factory is carefully inspected. In case you receive a damaged parcel, product errors, product shortages or other issues, please kindly contact your account manager or customer service team.
3. We advise you to kindly sign the proof of delivery when receiving the parcel by yourself. If someone else signs for the parcel for you without the presence of the delivery personnel, any issues will be on your own responsibility.
4.Please contact your account manager for any products' issues within 7 days after receiving the parcel.
5. If, due to non-objective reasons, you fail to make open-box inspection of the products within 5 working days after the products arrive at the place designated, the inspection of the products shall be deemed as completed, and Wenext shall not be liable for any products' shortage or defect.

Our typical quotation time is 24 hours after complete information submitted.
1. Wenext strictly comply with the quality standards of the People's Republic of China. If the product issue is verified and caused by Wenext, we will manage the return or re-production for you
2. For products that need to be returned or re-produced, they can be processed within 5 working days from the reproduction confirmation date. (Shipping time varies based on each location)
Wenext will not accept returns and exchanges if the issues are out of Wenext control such as:
1. Moisture, discoloration or other issues after the product is delivered and received
2. Insufficient number of returned products
3. Error caused by user
1. Refund Rules: Once Wenext has confirmed on refund, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
2.Refund Period: Refund will be sent to your original payment method within 15 working days. If you have not received the refund after the standard time frame, please contact your Wenext account manager or customer service for more information.
